Ever since I updated to IOS 13.4.1 the sound that comes out of the earpiece, during a call or listening to an audio message from whatsapp, is too low. I can hear, but it is not as loud as it did before. I´ve tried turning off bluetooth, and everything else I could find in forums but nothing gets the job done. Any ideas? Anyone else with the same issue?

I understand from your post that the sound coming from WhatsApp is too low. If the issue is only when using the WhatsApp app then you may need to contact the WhatsApp developers if the troubleshooting in the following article does not resolve the issue. Check with the apps documentation about how to back up your chat logs first.

It´s not only on Whatsapp, it also happens on an ordinary phone call. Did all mentioned in the article, didn´t help.
If you completed the steps in the articles provided and the issue persists, then you may need to contact Apple Support for additional assistance.

I have exactly the same exact problem and they have no fix that I can find. I just bought this damned thing and am about the get a refund.
