Question: HELP PLEASE!! Hacked
i hear sounds from my mic as breathing and apps open by itselves. Am i being hacked ?

iPhones can't be hacked. It's more likely you have a failing touch screen.
If your phone is in a case, remove it, unlock the phone and let it sit on the table. Do apps keep opening?
If so, click on Contact Support in the upper right corner to reach out to Apple directly.
