Question: Pending charge
Hello, first I would like to say i wish everyone well during this difficult time, I hope everyone is healthy and doing the best.. I’m having an issue with my account due to a pending charge, of which I didn’t purchase. So I did some research and care upon 24 purchases on. My account for a game I play called bingo bash... multiple charges as I said ranging from .99 cents as highly as $54.. I removed my billing information immediately , And with these charges there was a phone number and it said apple.com/bill with a one 800 number. I called that one 800 number to dispute these 24 charges that I came upon and I didn’t even realize it was being taken from my checking account but once I did I took action immediately, I called the one 800 number provided and they Said
they had to walk me through in order to be refunded and they had me download an app where they were able to see on there and everything on my phone including my bank information and within five minutes took $1100 more dollars for me and then I tried to call the one 800 number back and it was no longer in service. I called my bank and they told me go to the police station immediately, I Filed a police report and within a few days I was refunded all of the charges which totaled up to $1520.. about a week after that all of the money was reversed and they took it back from me after their investigation because the Apple support that was supposedly Apple had erased all of the data they had me do and now all of this has cost me about $3000 due to overdraft fees and everything else. I do not know what to do about the situation I have a police report I’ve done everything I can can somebody please help? Thank you 🙏
