Vertical flickering line on screen

Hi Team, I’ve MacBook Pro2019 , while working on laptop all sudden I got vertical lines across screen.. I shut it down and restarted but no luck.. At this Lockdown situation, I don’t know what I should do...

Usually lines like that indicate an issue with the built-in Display Assembly.


Shutdown the laptop, then immediately after powering on the laptop hold down the Option key so you can access the Apple boot picker menu. Do you see the lines or other video issues on this screen? You can also try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R. If you see the video issues with either one of these methods, then you have some type of hardware issue and will need to get the laptop repaired.


It never hurts to try an SMC reset or a PRAM reset.
