I AM BEING CHARGED FOR AN EXPIRED AAPLE TV SUBSCRIPTION. WANT A REFUND

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED FOR EXPIRED APPLE TV SUBSCRIPTION?


APPLE TV subscription expired on 19 jan 2020. but i have been charged subscription for Mar 2020 and April 2020.

i have even removed my payment details from the apple account still apple is charging...why? how?


I have also intimated my bank about this....but they say that vendor has to stop deducting...So how does this stop?


how do i get my refund?

If the account still shows an active subscription then it will continue to be charged. Any subscription will remain on auto renewal until the user manually cancels a subscription, it won't expire on it's own.


If an account has multiple payment methods then it will default to whatever is available. However, if there is no payment method then there is nothing to charge so it wouldn't be possible for any transaction to go through.
