I made a purchase from Best Buy and received 4 months of Apple Music for free, but when i logged in as a first time user, Apple sent a confirmation of 3 months music free. Please help.
This is a Best Buy promo. You need to contact them to claim the 4 month free subscription.
Hmm... I think I know what happened here. Best Buy have this pre-activated subscription or things in which in your case an Apple Music subscription.
To let you further understand, I assume that the Apple Music 'free' subscription was 'pre-activated' by best buy a month ago that's why they are promoting it for 4 months. But here you are purchased the item a month later therefore you only have 3 months of subscription left.
Of course you would say this after being on a chat for an hour. They told me to contact Apple. I will be cancelling this useless item.
