Uninstalled Apps
Good day, my device uninstalled many of my apps especially those that come with the device.
All efforts to try to reinstall these apps have failed, displaying the error message “Unable to install app. Please try again later.”

If you are trying to install custom enterprise apps not from the App Store, then try this link:

If this doesn't work, I would recommend Contacting Apple.
Please bare in mind Apple Support services are currently limited.
