Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I see you have a question about registering your AirPods, and I'd like to help answer.
Apple devices aren't "registered", as you don't need to go to a website and associate them. When you connect your AirPods, they'll be "attached" to the Apple ID which is signed in to the paired device.
