if you are referring to Apple’s Wireless Magic Keyboard, yes. You can find the keyboard under Settings-Bluetooth once the keyboard is in pairing mode. This may help you: Use Smart Keyboard or Magic Keyboard with iPad - Apple Support


if you are referring to the latest announced Magic Keyboard accessory, this is only for iPad Pro.

Perhaps you question isn’t sufficiently product-specific to get the answer that you’re looking for. The “Magic” moniker is used to identify a family of premium Apple products.


The recently announced Magic Keyboard for the 2020 (and previous 2018) iPad Pro models cannot be used with any other model of iPad. Similarly, the new Magic Keyboard folio’s with built-in trackpad are similarly incompatible with your current iPad.


The standalone Magic Keyboard, mentioned by QuickPost, is designed for Mac - but, as a Bluetooth keyboard, it is also broadly compatible with iPads, such as your iPad Pro 9.7”:
