My Keyboard Backlighting not working at all

I have Model 2018 13 inch.

My Keyboard Backlighting is not working. I cant settings it with touchbar.

I think it's because I turned on automatic settings but when I open keyboard settings, there're no options with keyboard backlight. (You can see in the pic.) I had reset SMC but nothings happen!

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

Hello haithanh079,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities for help with your keyboard backlighting.

Please verify your Mac model. These articles will help:

Identify your MacBook Pro model - Apple Support

Identify your MacBook Air model - Apple Support

I need to verify your model because from the picture, it looks like your model may not have a backlight keyboard. The 2018 MacBook Pro has the backlight keyboard, but the 2018 MacBook Air does not have this feature. This article states: Adjust the brightness of your backlit keyboard - Apple Support

"Find out if your notebook has a backlit keyboard - From the Apple () menu, choose System Preferences and then click on Keyboard. If the Keyboard preferences window has an "Adjust keyboard brightness in low light" checkbox, you have a backlit keyboard."

If your model does have it, you should be able to use the options here to adjust the brightness: Turn your Mac keyboard’s backlighting on or off - Apple Support

Thanks and have a wonderful day.
