i tunes devices
Hello,
My itunes account is saying i can only have 5 devices attached to this account.
Is this counting every computer I have used with itunes or is it every account I have set up with an icloud email address?

It would be all of the computers that you have ever authorized and didn't deauthorize for iTunes using that Apple ID.
If you have authorized computers you no longer have, you can "Deauthorize All" and then authorize any you still have and want to use. See: Authorize or deauthorize your computer for iTunes Store purchases - Apple Support
