New circle on screen

Since downloading to 13.4.1 update my iPhone 8+ shows a gray/black circle in the middle of the screen. It is quite annoying and I can’t find a way to delete it. It is not on my iPads and and all 3 devices are set up the same. Please help!!

If this is a small gray dot in the center of the screen, that is Dwell control. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Touch>AssistiveTouch>Dwell ControlTurn that off.

Try the Solution Here:

Go Here: Can't remove round dot from center of screen - Apple Support (Bottom Reply).

Someone mentions about using assistive touch and a band watch. - After removing the band watch, and then resetting the settings used with the band watch, the problem was solved.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, cac2353.

If I understand your post correctly, there is a gray or black circle on your iPhone screen. I’d like to help.

Do you have AssistiveTouch turn on? If so, try turning it off to remove the circle.

This article will show you how:

Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Let us know if that resolves this issue for you.
