Apple Music subscription

Hello, I’ve had Apple Music for a few years already but just recently became a student this past February so i wanted to change my subscription to the student one. However it asks for a picture of your student ID but i am taking class online only so i don’t have one and all campuses are closed at the moment due to covid. Is there any exception that can be made? I can try to send a picture of my class schedule or some kind of proof. Please and thank you!
