Contact Apple Support:
You need to contact Apple Support to Apple Account assistance. Let the Apple Rep know who you are, and all other necessary information about your possible Apple Account information (eMail address used, etc.)
A. Phone Support Info:
- Contact Us - Choose Locations
- USA: 1(800)MY-APPLE
- Proceed from there as Necessary
B. Chat Session Info:
Being that phone calls are taking a moment, perform a chat session with Apple Support.

- Scroll Down to "Tell us how we can help"
- Select: Get Support
- Proceed from there as Necessary
