cant compete with friends on avtivity
The activity app will not let me complete with friends it says I have to update to the latest watchOS but my watch general information says I’m already updated, is there a fix?

The version of watchOS that you can update to also depends on what version of iOS you are using on your iPhone. For example if you ware using iOS 12.4 on your iPhone, then you can only update your watch to watchOS 5.3 (not watchOS 6.2).
