I continue to have problems with my Apple Watch saying unread messages even though I have read them on my phone. I have disconnected and repaired my watch, it will work for awhile, but then it starts up again. My watch is set to mirror my phone

Unpairing your Apple Watch is a big step to take. If that didn’t help, make sure your Apple Watch and companion iPhone are both up to date:
Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
