Why is my watch suddenly not displaying home face when I turn my wrist up? The screen wake up display seem to be on and set

Apple Watch Screen Not Turning on when wrist is lifted My apple watch will not come on when I left my wrist. It won't come on either if I tap the screen. I have to press the digital crown for it to come on. Then, it doesn't go to my watch face. It goes to the app screen. I've restarted and started it multiple times with the same results. My setting with wake on wrist raise is turned on. It just started doing it a week ago.

Check in control centre to see if you have theatre mode turned on.
