How can I restore a deleted contacts from my iPhone?

See if the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If you accidentally deleted your contacts and see if that helps.
Furthermore were these accidentally deleted or were they lost when an email account was deleted? If those deleted contacts were associated with an email account that you may have deleted then you will need reinstate that email account (If possible).
