error 35 while trying to restore iphone 11 pro max

I have tried to update my iphone 11pro max in recovery mode and in dfu mode and it fails both the time with an iphone error 35?

Interestingly this problem started after whatsapp started throwing a message that it cannot start because of lack of space and then when I restarted my iphone - it was never able to boot it and restore it.

And I kept getting this error.

Any help is deeply appreciated.

Here's what to check. Try again after each step:

If iTunes is already open, quit and reopen it.
Check your third-party security software. Disable it if you can
Make sure that your USB cable, computer, and network are reliable. Then try twice more to restore your device.
Check for outdated or modified software.
