My device in kuwait


whine enter the Icloud and passward dont sign in

the massge : your icloud that entered not correcet.

If I understand correctly, you are entering your Apple ID and password and it is not correct. It sounds like it may be Activation Lock. I would recommend you use this article to help troubleshoot the issue.
