Live Photos: icloud.com
I can't seem to get sound on my live photos when trying to access them through a web browser. Videos do have sound.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand you're unable to hear sound for Live Photos on the iCloud website.
Reliving those captured moments with Live Photos is a feature I personally enjoy and I can help provide you additional information.
I was able to test through different web browsers on my personal computer and can confirm that there's no sound for Live Photos on iCloud.com. You can, however; listen to the sound of your Live Photos on an Apple device in the Photos app. You're welcome to provide feedback to Apple about this through their website at: Product Feedback - Apple
