Since we don't know you or know which features are most important to you, only you can decide which phone best meets your needs. The camera is certainly more feature packed on the 11 Pro. 11 Pro has an OLED screen, which is higher in resolution. And the 11 Pro has a stainless steel body as opposed to an aluminum body on the 11.
