Hi, everytime i try to download a new application, it says that my ‘Apple id is disabled in itunes and app store’ My credit card is disabled as well, so i tried to change my payment method to ideal or apple id, which also doesn’t work because my apple id is disabled. Is there someone who could tell me what to do?
