iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware, unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious softwares or unauthorised apps directly from internet and installed on your device or/and have Jail Broken.
It (Hacking) also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable informations of your iPhone such as Passcode, Password etc with your friends and family members.

I understand what you’re saying. But I’ve been experiencing cyberattacks over a year now.My fb have been hacked,I’ve received emails about logging into another iPhone etc.Apps were downloaded to my phone then put under hidden purchases.I had to create 3 new Apple IDs and all 3 got hacked. Before I would even DFU my phone and yet I’m stilling my Apple ID is being compromised.
I’ve done that.Created new Apple ID.The strangest thing was the Mail app on my iPhone instructed that it was not downloaded from the App Store.I could either keep or delete it.I am assuming it was side loaded by someone with malicious code.
Nope.No profiles installed.I noticed that my Mail app was removed and replaced with a fake version.
Then change your password and turn on 2 factor authentication.
That's not possible unless you fell for a scam and installed a management profile on your phone.
can you suggest something that could rectify my problem?
Look to see if you have a profile installed in Settings>General
That did not happen unless someone has physical access to your phone AND the credentials for your Apple ID.
i created a new Apple ID and changed my password and I don’t know how they keep getting my credentials.I don’t know what again to do.
