When should you charge your iPhone and also I have a fast charger what came with my iPhone 11 Pro and when I use it my phone get warm when charging.

Charge it when you have time and it needs it. You don't want to let it go down too far. The iPhone will get a little warm when you charge them, as you are exciting the chemicals in the battery. That is not indicating that something is wrong, unless it gets extremely hot and you cannot touch it. Batteries - Maximizing Performance - Apple
