I'm unable to access my iphone 6 even though I'm using a 4 digit passcode that I've been using for years.
No one has access to my phone, and there's really important information on it (no backup available).
Please advise!

Wether your code is correct or not, if you can’t get into the device, you have to erase it in order to erase the code.
Make sure that you start backing up as well. If you have REALLY important information on it, it doesn’t make sense to not back up.

I’m sorry but if the phone will not accept the passcode, there is no other way to get into the device. You can keep trying and hope, but I don’t think you will have any other choice.
I've been trying everything but nothing is working, I can't afford to wipe out the data.
There's no alternative to this? because even my contacts last update is about a year ago

I had no other solution but to wipe out the data but to be honest I think I’m gonna change my phone
