Got little wet and looping restart

Hello everyone

i have an issue about my iphone X

my little daughter was playing with it and i guess The iphone get little wet from her saliva , i took it from her and it work regularly for about 15 min then it’s turn off and keep restarting at the apple logo

I’m worry to lost the data because I didn’t make back up since a year

I’m not sure the problem is from my daughter’s saliva

Anyone can help or have same problem please give me advice

and if have anyway to backup now please please help
