Deauthorize iTunes

I failed to deauthorize iTunes from old computers and don't have them any more. Now I've reached my limit of 5 and can't authorize my new Windows computer. What do I do?

Click here and follow the instructions. If the Deauthorize All option isn't available to you, contact the iTunes Store staff.
