There is so much you have not told us, we can’t know where to start.

Here are just a few examples:

What model iPad?
What version of iOS?
What version of Robles?
Does the app belong to your Apple ID?
Was it downloaded from the App Store?
What are the symptoms of failure?
Did the app ever work on this device?
