"VERIFICATION FAILED... this action could not be completed, Try again"

I can sign in to my Apple iTunes account on my Apple devices but when I try to sign in on my PC I get the above message?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand there are issues signing in with your Apple ID on your PC and will do what I can to help.

Here are some suggestions:

Restart your PC and try signing in again: Restart (reboot) your PC
Even if you are able to connect, troubleshoot that connection with these steps: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
