iPhone screen issues

i have an iPhone XS and it got wet. I didnt realize the charging port got wet as well until i tried to charge it and i got a little notification to let it air dry before i tried to charge it. i tapped it on my hand trying to get the water out and left it sitting vertically for about half an hour before trying to charge it again and the message didnt appear again. i charged it for about a half hour and i disconnected it. i used it for around an hour and it suddenly turned off. the Apple logo appeared and then the screen started bugging out and it shut off again. it's been doing that ever since and i dont know what to do. please help!

iPhone XS, iOS 13

Water damage isn't covered by iPhone warranty and can't be repaired. If you purchased AppleCare+ when you purchased the phone and it's still valid, you can use one of your replacements to replace it for $99. If you don't have AppleCare+, you'll need to purchase an Out of Warranty replacement at the cost of $549. See this link --> iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support
