Phone is hacked please help

Check your Apple ID device list (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT205064) and remove any device that shouldn't be signed in using the steps in the link.

If there are none that shouldn’t be signed in, then you should not have a problem at this point. But, if an unauthorized device signed in, Change your Apple ID password https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201355

Do a factory reset and do not restore from a backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

What makes you suspect that your iPhone has been hacked? More information would help.

Malwarebytes for iPhone:

Try Downloading Malwarebytes for iPhone. The free version provides “Ad Blocking” and “Text Message Filtering”. (The last two items in the second image shown here):

If you restored from a backup after doing the factory reset, try doing another factory reset, and do not restore from a backup to see if that makes a difference.

In fact, there was a glitch in a purchase I just made, and I had to call Apple Support - I did - and the refund was submitted by the Apple Rep on their end. I'm told it may take up to 48 hours to it get through to the proper team, and up to 30 days for the purchase to be successfully refunded. So, if a refund is what you want, it may take some time. Just note that. :)

What are you seeing, what messages or diagnostics, what symptoms?

Is two-factor authentication enabled?

My phone is hacked , they have completely taken control, they changed people deleted accounts stole money no one understand
