A deleted text video plays every time I go into text messages
How do I find an invisible video that plays and keeps playing over And over every time I go into my text messages?

Is this video playing when you go into the thread from the Contact who originally sent the video or is this just happening in the Messages app in general? If it is from a specific contact, tap their name and then "info". Do you see the video there?
Have you tried force quitting the app: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and then restarting: Restart your iPhone?
