99 cent charge for iCloud

I don't use iCloud storage but I'm being charged 99 cents a month. My payment goes out of my iTunes account that I top up every so often and use to purchase/rent Apple TV movies and Shows. I followed suggestions I found on-line and got to My Subscriptions and it said I had none so couldn't cancel the 99 cents. I use a Windows based laptop and have downloaded iCloud for Windows in the hope I could get to it that way, but noooo. Anyone in my boat?
