You can't. In most cases, once disabled you need the computer to enable it again.


You can try to reboot it and see if that works: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support


Otherwise, you need to connect it to iTunes as it says. See here: If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
