Headphone issues on iphone 7

I have tried all the "fixes" that anyone has posted here and none of them have helped. Has anyone successfully fixed this problem?

Sure, if you tried all the fixes and those weren't your problem it means you have hardware damage. Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process.
