Sorry if this has been asked before. I can't dream content I've bought via iTunes. However, I able to stream Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ And all others services. Why is it just Apples content I'm having trouble with and how canni solve it.
Those other services adapt to the connection whereas iTunes is fixed rate and also streams at a higher quality. It will also need to load a portion before playback begins, the time it takes is dependent on the connection.
Check speedtest to see the current internet connection
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - network)
If on wifi try ethernet
To see a current status of the network get a report from istumbler, netstumbler or similar. Look for signal strength, noise, nearby networks

The DNS should be on auto on all components in order to receive what is supplied by the ISP, any other method will ultimately lead to issues.
Was that speed verified using speedtest? If you have a current Apple TV then it's advised to use the app directly to see exactly what that device is receiving.
Did you verify DNS?
Just done a Speedtest through the Apple TV and it’s come back at 44.2 mbps. The DNS is set to automatic and the dns at the router is set to 1.1.1.1 (cloudflare) and 8.8.8.8 (google).
Thank, everythings hardwired and we're getting and average of 35 mbps. I tried to watch a film that is purchased through iTunes again tonight and left it buffering and after 10 mins it still hadn't started don't gave up.
I’ll set it to auto and see if it helps
