Hi jessea1,


It's important to be able to see the cover of a movie or album before purchasing.

If the art is grayed out, try these steps:


1. Right-click on the desktop.


2. Select Display Settings.


3. Change the "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" to 100%


4. Once you change the scale, click on "Sign out now."


5. Sign back in and test.
