How do you add Google Chrome and Adobe Flash for a MacBook Air running Catalina OS?

School classroom video homework requires Google Chrome and Adobe Flash, I have a MacBook Air with Catalina OS. How do I add Google Chrome and Adobe Flash?

Use this link to download Adobe Flash:

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/


Make sure you only ever update Adobe Flash from the System Preferences "Flash" pane. Except for installing Flash directly from the link above, do not click on any pop ups you see telling you about updating or installing Flash as they are most likely scams to install malware on your computer. Never install Adobe Flash except when downloaded directly from the Adobe website.
