Need help on removing Apple watch from my icloud account

Hi, I'm selling my old apple watch series 2 since I bought a new model. I removed series 2 from the watch app already. I wonder how I remove it from my cloud id so new buyer can use with their id? I read so many article and still confuse! I went into phone setting > click my apple id > scroll down and select my series 2 watch > theres an option "remove from account" is that it? Or its more complicated? Please help ><
