Is there was a way to turn on the 3D Touch app switcher on the new iPhone SE 2020?

I have recently upgraded from the old iPhone 6s to the new se and I was wondering if there was a way to turn on the 3D Touch app switcher (where you hard press the left hand side of the screen and swipe right) I am seriously missing having that feature and desperately want it back, or even something similar in its place,
