syncing ipad problems When I try to sync my ipad (iOS 16.4.1) with my macbook (Monterey 12.6.5), the process gets stuck on "Syncing (Step 3 or 4) – Determining tracks to sync" and stops there. There is very little in the way of data to be synced. Should take a few seconds. I see this problem has been reported before and the discussion culminated in the suggestion to seek help from Apple Support. Did so. They answered quite quickly. A very nice guy but he had no clue what he was doing. He got me to reinstall the operating system on the Macbook and was "very sure" it would fix the problem. It did not. Any advice?

What did Adobe say when you asked them about your syncing issues with their application?

Tried to contact Adobe once before but with no success
