Using itunes to re-arrange iphone se icons
Can you still use itunes to organize the new iphone se's icons through itunes? i am on the latest version of itunes but i do not see "app" on the itunes screen

No, that function was discontinued on iTunes a couple of years ago.
Now you've to do it manually on your device.
