Defective speaker??

I have only had my iPhone 11 Pro for about a month or two and it’s acting funny. Siri can’t hear me, I can’t use the voice to text option, and if I playback any videos I have taken, there is a very loud static/humming sound even when the room is quiet during my test video. I’ve reset the phone, cleaned the speakers, reset the network settings, and done other troubleshooting. What do I do now? This is a brand new phone!
