iOS 13.4.1 full page screenshot

I find the option for full page screenshot inconsistent. It works on some sites and not on others. It seems not to work on news related sites as I could not capture an article from the NY Post or Fox News sites.

The is one not providing the option. Some others do. I find about a 50/50 Chance.
