MacBook Air Power button doesn’t function

Hello! So I have a friend who owns a 2017 MacBook Pro. This is a weird story but his sister took the laptop and just jumped on it. After that it wouldn’t work. They realized it wasn’t working since the power button wouldn’t work. Some buttons around it wouldn’t work either!

So since everything else in the laptop is fine, is there any other ways to turn on a MacBook Air other then using the power button? It’s a 2017 one by the way. Thank you so much!
