MacBook Pro 16" problem with charging

Hi, I have a problem with charging, maybe someone have same one and know how to solve it.

When I'm trying to charge my MacBook and pluging it in, most of the times that doesn't work and I need to disconnect power cable, and try it again and again. Sometimes it works but if I will disconnect cable and immediately put it back, I will have the same problem and it wouldn't charge my MacBook.

I understand that you are having issues with your MacBook Pro not charging from the USB-C power adapter. I see that you have already checked this support article: If your USB-C power adapter isn't charging your Mac notebook - Apple Support and are still having the same issues.

At this point you may want to contact Apple Support for other support options.

Hello, I purchased a brand new MacBook Pro 16 as well, it was intermittently charging after 1 month of use and stopped charging altogether shortly after. This may be a common issue with the MBP 16. I have taken the suggested steps to service the computer at an authorized technician. After having the battery and logic board replaced the computer STILL won't charge. There are many factors involved but there seems to be a common thread of charging issues with the MBP 16. Let's make sure Apple takes notice of it's customers!!
