The headphones and AirPods maximum volume is very quiet

i’ve had my headphones & airpods for quite a while and about two weeks ago the headphones maximum volume is very quiet, and my airpods (which i’ve had since february of 2019) now you can barely hear out of them even with maximum volume. I don’t know what to do.
