Apple TV doesn’t start

My apple tv doesn’t start. I tried with the controller but nothing happened.

What is your model Apple TV? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support

What is your model remote? Identify your Apple TV remote - Apple Support

If your Apple TV remote isn’t working - Apple Support

If you unplug it from power, and then connect it to power again, the unit should begin with a startup sequence.

If you have an Apple TV (4th generation or later) with tvOS 13 or later and the Siri Remote, then use the Menu button or TV/Home button to wake the unit; not the touch surface.
