Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

I can still log in on the computer, but on my mobile, my appleID has been locked for security reasons

My AppleID on IphoneX is locked for security reasons!

However, with the same AppleID, I am still using it on another Iphone device and still log in on the computer normally

I follow the instructions to unlock a lot of times but to not be able to unlock on the other device? And I also can't exit iCloud on that device :(

 if you are the original owner, contact Apple ID Support. Apple Support will need to see the original purchase receipt with the serial number/paperwork.
